Morning Yoga Routine 5 Minutes - Short but Strong Stretch

Morning yoga flow. It's a short 5min energizing yoga routine. Ok, maybe it is 6 minutes. You can do this short practice before anything else. Like you brush your teeth in the morning, you can build this into your morning routine. Why?

Pros of yoga in the morning: You get rid of a stiff body in the morning. Get rid of stress. Boost and train your focus. You build on discipline. Start your day with some "me time".

Cons of yoga in the morning: You leave your bed 5minutes earlier :(.

Of course, you may think that 5 minutes is short, but then again, this practice is really for you if you want to build yoga in your routine, or if you are short on time in the morning. And after all... Yoga is still yoga if it is some yoga.
