Yogademics

Movement designed for academic minds

Yogademics is a free yoga and mindfulness practice built specifically for researchers, academics, and high-performing professionals. No experience needed. No wellness jargon. Just practical, evidence-informed movement you can do between meetings, after a long writing session, or whenever your body reminds you it exists.

Why a behavioural scientist turned to yoga

I started as skeptical as can be. I spent a decade studying human behaviour: how people think, decide, and change. The science on movement and cognitive performance is unambiguous. But it wasn't until I started a consistent practice myself that I understood what the data actually meant in a body. Yogademics is where those two things meet.

For Teams & Organisations

Yogademics is available for corporate sessions for teams of people who think for a living: researchers, academics, and other professional overthinkers. Practical, evidence-based resets designed for busy minds and tight schedules. Currently piloting with select teams in Melbourne.

For Individuals

Free yoga and mindfulness sessions designed for people who think too much. Short, practical, evidence-informed. This is the kind of yoga you can actually fit in between meetings or after a long day of deep work.

Just a way to get out of your head and back into your body.
